Understand why high online traffic to the e-commerce platform was not converting into completed purchases. Propose the solutions to increase the rate of conversions.

Analysis:
High basket additions, low checkout completion. Core barriers included terminology confusion, ordering complexity, and lack of UX clarity.

• UX simplification (quick order, Excel upload, order tracking)
• Terminology localisation (regional language differences)
• Paid media to reframe online shop benefits
• Incentives to reduce drop-off (shipping thresholds, loyalty)
